SSC Community Meeting: Sharon’s Energy

Our SSC Community Meeting was a great success in September! We were pleased to welcome Eden Floyd, the Town of Sharon’s Energy Manager, and Julie Barbour-Issa, Sharon’s Energy Advocate, who shared updates on the Town’s energy initiatives. Attendees learned about Sharon’s solar projects, Climate Leaders designation, plans for a new Solarize Sharon campaign, and resources available through the Mass Save Community First Partnership—including home energy assessments, rebates, weatherization incentives, and personalized help understanding energy bills. Thank you to Eden and Julie for an informative presentation and for answering our community’s questions!
